How it works.
In the case of free appointments, you can check the Require Organizer Confirmation
option Your clients will still be able to make appointments with you, but they will only be pre-booked.
It is up to you to decide whether the appointment will be confirmed. You can confirm them manually in your Zencal calendar or reject them.

A pinch of automation with AI
To take your mind off the need to analyze each appointment individually, you can use our AI-based functionality.
To do this, you'll need to create a form where you ask questions of your customers, which by answering them will allow us to get to know them better. The more questions you ask, the better customer profile we will be able to create.
In addition to the form, you can create a description of your ideal customer. Describe who they are, what they do. Based on this description, our AI mechanism will decide whether the appointment should be automatically confirmed or declined.

What to do next.
You can also configure your own notifications in the meeting subject line. You can add your own email
/ sms
/ webhook
notification that will be sent when the meeting is rejected.
