Understanding availability

Availability schedules define when clients can book meetings with you. You can create multiple schedules and assign them to different meeting topics.

Key concepts

  • Recurring availability: Regular weekly hours (e.g., Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)
  • Additional availability: Extra one-time dates outside your regular schedule
  • Availability restrictions: Block specific dates or time periods
