How it works

When a client books, Zencal automatically assigns the meeting to the next available team member in rotation.

Configuration options

• Equal distribution: Everyone gets the same number of bookings
• Availability-based: Priority to members with more open slots
• Weighted: Assign different weights to team members

Setup

1. Create a team meeting topic
2. Add team members to the topic
3. Enable round-robin distribution
4. Configure distribution rules
