Email confirmations

Control whether and when clients receive booking confirmation emails.

Enabling/disabling confirmations

  1. Go to meeting topic settings
  2. Find the notifications section
  3. Toggle confirmation emails on/off

Confirmation email includes

  • Meeting details (date, time, duration)
  • Meeting location/link
  • Your contact information
  • Reschedule/cancel links
  • Calendar file attachment
