Configure how clients are matched with team members for bookings.

Selection modes

• Round-robin: Automatically rotate through team members
• Client choice: Client selects their preferred host
• Fixed host: Always assign to a specific team member
• Availability-based: Assign to the most available member

Configuring host selection

1. Edit the team meeting topic
2. Go to team settings section
3. Choose the host assignment method
4. Configure any additional rules
