Managing refunds
Sometimes you need to refund clients for canceled meetings or other situations.
When to refund
- Client cancels within policy window
- You cancel the meeting
- Service not delivered
- Client dispute
How to process refunds
- Go to the booking details
- Find the payment information
- Click "Refund"
- Choose full or partial refund
- Confirm the refund
Refund timeline
Refunds typically appear in the client's account within 5-10 business days, depending on their bank.
