When enabled, new bookings remain pending until you manually approve them.

How it works

  1. Client books a time slot
  2. Booking is created with "Pending" status
  3. You receive a notification to review
  4. You approve or decline the booking
  5. Client is notified of the decision

  • High-value consultations
  • Screening potential clients
  • Limited availability services
  • VIP appointments

Enabling confirmation

Edit your meeting topic and enable "Require host confirmation" in advanced settings.
