Teams link not added
If Teams links aren't being generated for bookings, check these points.
Requirements
- Outlook calendar must be connected first
- Microsoft 365 account needs Teams license
- Teams must be enabled in your organization
Troubleshooting steps
- Verify your Outlook calendar is connected and syncing
- Check that Teams is included in your Microsoft 365 plan
- Reconnect your Microsoft account
- Contact your IT admin if organization restrictions apply
