Creating bookings manually

Sometimes you need to book meetings on behalf of clients, for example during a phone call.

How to create a manual booking

  1. Go to your calendar
  2. Click on the desired time slot
  3. Select "New booking"
  4. Choose the meeting topic
  5. Enter client details (name, email)
  6. Complete any required form fields
  7. Save the booking

Notification options

You can choose whether to send a confirmation email to the client when creating manual bookings.
