What is the subscriptions module in Zencal?

Subscriptions in Zencal combine recurring service delivery with automatic Stripe payments. A client chooses a fixed weekly or monthly appointment time and Zencal creates the recurring payment and appointment schedule.

Manual renewals, recurring invoices and repeated booking
Core outcome
A predictable service rhythm and recurring revenue

The problem it solves

Ongoing services become difficult to manage when every period requires another payment and booking decision. A subscription establishes the schedule and billing rules once.

How subscriptions work

  1. 01

    Set the recurring offer

Choose the service, billing interval, price and available fixed times.

  2. 02

    Client subscribes

The client selects a recurring slot and authorises payment through Stripe.

  3. 03

    Sessions and payments repeat

Zencal schedules the service and keeps both sides informed automatically.

What Zencal handles automatically

  • Repeated appointment schedule
  • Notifications for the client and specialist
  • Issuing accounting documents

Legal, data and technical detailsbefore moving to Zencal.

Review data processing terms, infrastructure location, available integrations and the technical conditions of migration before implementation begins.

01

Do I have to move my entire calendar?

No. Connect your current Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar and keep using it as before. Zencal checks for conflicts and adds new bookings to the connected calendar.

02

Which calendar and payment integrations are supported?

Zencal connects with Google Calendar, Outlook and iCloud. Supported payment providers include Stripe, PayU, Przelewy24, tPay, PayPal and AutoPay. Each connection can be introduced without replacing the rest of your technical setup.

03

How can existing client data be migrated or exported?

Connecting a calendar does not require rebuilding it. Client data can be imported and exported, and our team can help plan a larger migration before making any client-facing changes.
