Pro costs $28.00 per month per professional, or $23.33 when paid annually, so a practice with 4 professionals pays $112.00 per month. A reception account costs $0. Business is better value from 10 people: $275.00 per month with unlimited users. Prices include applicable taxes.
Can patients choose a professional themselves?
Yes. Patients choose a person on the booking page, or Zencal distributes bookings among available professionals using round robin.
Can a practice offer online consultations?
Yes. With Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, a meeting link is created automatically for each booking. Zencal also integrates with Webex. Manage in-person and online consultations in one schedule.
Can a reminder avoid revealing the purpose of the visit?
Yes. You edit email and SMS content, so you can include only the meeting time and place.

Can Zencal access practice patient data?
Not without your consent. We process data under a data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR. If you plan to collect special category data, we'll help review the process before implementation.
How do we move to Zencal from another tool?
