How much does Zencal cost for a law firm?
Zencal Pro costs $28.00 per month per professional, or $23.33 when paid annually. Business is better value from 10 people: $275.00 per month, or $229.17 when paid annually, with unlimited users. Reception accounts cost $0. Prices include applicable taxes. Try Zencal free for 14 days without a credit card.
What can a reception account do?
Reception manages appointments and billing. Support accounts for reception and administrators cost $0 and do not count towards the plan price.
Can clients choose a specific lawyer?
Yes. Clients can choose a lawyer on the firm’s booking page, or Zencal can assign an available lawyer automatically using round robin.
Can Zencal handle multiple locations and room bookings?
Yes. Your team can work across multiple locations, and Zencal can also book rooms or equipment.
Can I collect prepayment for an appointment?
Yes. With Pro, Business and Enterprise, clients pay through Stripe, PayU, AutoPay, tPay, PayPal or Przelewy24, and Zencal commission is 0%. Flex supports sales through Stripe only, with 2% Zencal commission. Team payments can go to one firm account.
How can we reduce unattended appointments?
Enable prepayment for selected services and automatic reminders. Email is unlimited on every plan, and SMS is purchased in packages. Clients can confirm or cancel directly from a reminder, and you set the cancellation rules.
Where can I find the terms for processing client data?
A data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR forms part of the terms. The Zencal team cannot access your data without your consent, and you can protect accounts with two-factor authentication.
