Calendar sync

Keep every calendar perfectly in sync.

Connect Google Calendar, Outlook or iCloud and manage one reliable availability across all of them. Busy times block automatically, new bookings appear in seconds and clients only see slots that are genuinely free.

What is Calendar synchronisation in Zencal?

Calendar synchronisation in Zencal connects Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and iCloud calendars to one availability engine. Existing events block time and every confirmed Zencal booking returns to the connected calendar.

The problem it solves

Separate work and personal calendars can make the same time look free in one place and busy in another. Zencal checks them together before presenting availability to a client.

How Calendar synchronisation works

  1. 01

    Connect your calendars

Authorize the calendars Zencal should read for conflicts and update with bookings.

  2. 02

    Set availability rules

Define working hours, buffers, limits and which calendar receives new appointments.

  3. 03

    Keep every calendar current

Busy periods disappear from booking pages and confirmed appointments sync automatically.

What Zencal handles automatically

  • Two-way booking updates
  • Conflict and buffer checks
  • Time-zone-safe availability

What's next

Your calendars are connected. Clients still need a way in. What comes next?

Zencal also gives clients a self-service booking path built on that real availability.

From availability to booking

Your calendars agree. Now let clients book the right time themselves.

Turn reliable availability into a self-serve booking flow. Clients see genuinely free slots, choose one and receive an immediate confirmation while your calendars stay protected.

  • Only real availability shown
  • No scheduling back-and-forth
  • Every booking confirmed

Legal, data and technical detailsbefore moving to Zencal.

Review data processing terms, infrastructure location, available integrations and the technical conditions of migration before implementation begins.

01

Do I have to move my entire calendar?

No. Connect your current Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar and keep using it as before. Zencal checks for conflicts and adds new bookings to the connected calendar.

02

Which calendar and payment integrations are supported?

Zencal connects with Google Calendar, Outlook and iCloud. Supported payment providers include Stripe, PayU, Przelewy24, tPay, PayPal and AutoPay. Each connection can be introduced without replacing the rest of your technical setup.

How can existing client data be migrated or exported?

Connecting a calendar does not require rebuilding it. Client data can be imported and exported, and our team can help plan a larger migration before making any client-facing changes.
