The problem it solves

Satisfied clients rarely leave feedback unless the request arrives at the right moment and is easy to complete. Zencal makes the request part of the service process.

How to collect reviews automatically

  1. 01

    Choose what is reviewed

Collect feedback about the whole company or one specific service.

  2. 02

    Share or automate the request

Send the link yourself or trigger it after the service.

  3. 03

    Build a reusable proof base

Keep collected feedback available as evidence for future clients.

What Zencal handles automatically

  • Post-service review request
  • Company or service context
  • Feedback connected to the client journey

What's next

Trust is visible. The next client still needs a path to buy. What comes next?

Zencal also connects that proof to an offer, available time and online payment.

From trust to purchase

The proof is visible. Give confident clients a clear way to buy.

Place a paid offer directly after the evidence that validates it. Clients choose a service, book a time and pay while their confidence and intent are still high.

  • Proof next to the offer
  • One connected checkout
  • Payment before confirmation

Legal, data and technical detailsbefore moving to Zencal.

Review data processing terms, infrastructure location, available integrations and the technical conditions of migration before implementation begins.

01

Do I have to move my entire calendar?

02

Which calendar and payment integrations are supported?

Zencal connects with Google Calendar, Outlook and iCloud. Supported payment providers include Stripe, PayU, Przelewy24, tPay, PayPal and AutoPay. Each connection can be introduced without replacing the rest of your technical setup.

How can existing client data be migrated or exported?

Connecting a calendar does not require rebuilding it. Client data can be imported and exported, and our team can help plan a larger migration before making any client-facing changes.
