Is migration paid?
No. Onboarding and migration are free, and Zencal is free until your current provider contract ends.
When do I start paying for Zencal?
After your current provider contract ends. The chosen plan price then applies: Pro is $23.33 per month per professional when paid annually or $28.00 monthly; Business is $229.17 per month when paid annually or $275.00 monthly.
What data will you transfer?
Import and export client data in CSV files. From Calendly, you can transfer meeting types, scheduled meetings, client data and basic availability settings. We'll set up the rest with you.
How long does migration take?
It depends on the number of services, professionals and data to transfer. We'll agree a migration plan with you before anything changes for your clients.
Do I have to move my calendar?
No. Connect your existing Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar. Zencal checks for conflicts and adds new bookings to the connected calendar.
