How much does a clinic booking system cost?
Zencal Pro costs $28.00 per month per professional, or $23.33 when paid annually. Business is better value from 10 people: $275.00 per month, or $229.17 when paid annually, with unlimited users. Reception accounts cost $0. Prices include applicable taxes. Try Zencal free for 14 days without a credit card.
What can a reception account do?
Reception manages appointments and billing. Support accounts for reception and administrators cost $0 and do not count towards the plan price.
Can patients choose a professional themselves?
Yes. Patients choose a professional on the clinic booking page, or Zencal assigns appointments automatically using round robin. Assign each professional the services they provide.
Can Zencal handle multiple locations and room bookings?
Yes. Your team can work across multiple locations, and Zencal can also book rooms or equipment.
Can I collect prepayment for an appointment?
Yes. With Pro, Business and Enterprise, patients pay through Stripe, PayU, AutoPay, tPay, PayPal or Przelewy24, and Zencal commission is 0%. Flex supports sales through Stripe only, with 2% Zencal commission. Team payments can go to one clinic account.
How can we reduce unattended appointments?
Enable prepayment for selected services and automatic reminders. Email is unlimited on every plan, and SMS is purchased in packages. Patients can confirm or cancel directly from a reminder, and you set the cancellation rules.
